JET Gift Cards Launch

The Gift Cards project was a global initiative designed to create a new gifting experience for Just Eat Takeaway.com customers across multiple markets. The goal was to introduce a flexible, branded gift solution that could support customer acquisition, retention, and new purchasing occasions.

My Role: I was responsible for the visual design and rollout of Gift Card assets across 7 international markets. I created both digital and print experiences, ensuring the designs aligned with brand guidelines while adapting to different market requirements, formats, and customer touchpoints.

My work included developing gift card visuals, marketing assets, print-ready materials, and supporting assets for local teams to launch the product consistently across markets.

Challenges & Approach: The main challenge was creating a scalable design solution that maintained a strong global brand identity while allowing flexibility for different markets, languages, and production requirements.
I collaborated with stakeholders across teams to adapt designs for various formats, manage localisation needs, and ensure assets were technically prepared for smooth implementation across countries.

Results: The Gift Card rollout successfully launched across 7 markets, providing customers with a new way to share the Just Eat Takeaway.com experience. The project established a scalable visual framework that enabled local teams to deliver consistent, high-quality assets while supporting a global product launch.
